Buddy Valastro AKA the “Cake Boss” is bringing the family business to San Antonio, Texas with the launch of its fourth Carlo’s Bakery in the Lone Star State in the spring of 2018.

The new 1,892 square foot Carlo’s Bakery at The Shops at La Cantera in San Antonio, will feature the brand’s full menu of signature treats, including the iconic cannoli, lobster tail, cupcakes and more. The San Antonio location will also produce signature custom cakes for all occasions as featured on the hit TLC series Cake Boss.
Slated to open in the early spring of 2018, Buddy Valastro and his family will be on hand for the grand opening to host the brand’s traditional ribbon cutting ceremony. The bakery will open for business immediately following the ceremony with meet and greet opportunities available to fans.
The San Antonio opening will mark the first time the brand will be offering exclusive VIP packages to the grand opening experience via their social media pages in January and February.
Additionally, Buddy Valastro will also be bringing his Italian restaurant concept, Buddy V’s, to The Shops at La Cantera.
