CPK’s Cauliflower Pizza Crust is a gluten-free and lower-carb alternative to the brand’s classic hand-tossed pizza dough.

The new crust is available on any CPK pizza in place of classic hand-tossed dough or crispy thin crust for an upcharge of $2.50. However, as part of the nationwide introduction, CPK is offering fans a free substitution of Cauliflower Pizza Crust through National Pizza Day on February 9, 2018.

Additionally, CPK is also introducing four new seasonal items to its menu: the Citrus Adobo Pizza, the Mexican Street Corn small plate, the Spiked Cucumber cocktail and the low-calorie, non-alcoholic Sparkling Berry-Lemon.

Citrus Adobo Pizza: Slow-cooked pork carnitas tossed in housemade ancho chili adobo sauce with sweet white corn, roasted peppers, quesadilla & Monterey Jack cheeses, plus fresh cilantro and lime, served with a side of spicy chili de arbol salsa.

Mexican Street Corn: Creamy sweet corn removed from the cob and roasted with smoked paprika, Feta and Parmesan. Served with fresh cilantro, lime and housemade ranchito sauce.
