Baja Shrimp is back on the menu for a limited time at participating El Pollo Loco locations nationwide in celebration of the 2018 seafood season.

This year’s seasonal seafood menu includes four shrimp preparations: Shrimp Avocado Baja Tacos, Baja Shrimp Tostada, Baja Shrimp Bowl and the Baja Shrimp Wrap.
Shrimp Avocado Baja Tacos: Shrimp, avocado, baja sauce, shredded cabbage, and pico de gallo salsa in a warm artisan tortilla.
Baja Shrimp Tostada: Crispy tostada shell filled with shrimp, beans, rice, avocado, mango salsa and cheese.
Baja Shrimp Bowl: Shrimp, rice, broccoli and corn.
Baja Shrimp Wrap: Shrimp, avocado, baja sauce, cheese and pico de gallo salsa, all tucked in a wheat tortilla. Served with side salad topped with pico de gallo, cotija cheese and cilantro.
While the 2018 Baja Shrimp menu appears identical to the El Pollo Loco’s 2017 Baja Shrimp menu, this year’s lineup does include some minor recipe changes.
