The Redhook Beer-Battered Fish Sandwich is back on the menu at both Carl’s Jr and Hardee’s for a limited time during the 2018 fish season.

The Redhook Beer-Battered Fish Sandwich features a crispy beer-battered fish fillet with lettuce and tartar sauce on a toasted sesame seed bun. Carl’s Jr version features a plain, toasted bun, minus the sesame seeds.
Notably, the 2018 version of the sandwich appears to have been slightly modified compared to past versions.
Last year, Hardee’s version of the sandwich included a slice of American cheese, while Carl’s Jr version came with a tomato slice in place of the cheese slice. This year’s sandwich loses both toppings.
The Redhook Beer-Battered Fish Sandwich can be found at participating Carl’s Jr and Hardee’s locations nationwide for a limited time.
