The rescue took place in June 2017, and Taffer decided to keep the Kings Duck Inn name. The bar is operated by mother and daughter duo Serena Biscontini and Amanda Biscontini.
The bar – located in the Cape Canaveral area – is frequented by local NASA astronauts. Will Taffer succeed in rocketing the Kings Duck Inn into profit or will a mother-daughter feud cause a failure to launch?
This week’s episode, which premieres on Sunday, April 1, 2018 on the Paramount Network is fittingly titled “Ground Control to Major Jon.”
