White Castle announced today that the Impossible Slider will make its fast-food debut in 140 test locations throughout New York, New Jersey and Chicagoland.

The plant-based burger comes topped with smoked cheddar cheese, pickles and onions on a signature slider bun.
Participating locations will be offering Impossible Sliders for $1.99 each, or they can be ordered as part of a combo meal.
If you’re not familiar with the Impossible Burger, it’s the award-winning burger from Impossible Foods that looks, handles, smells, cooks, and tastes like ground beef – but is made entirely from plants.
White Castle said it will be testing the Impossible Slider with plans to potentially expand its availability nationwide.
