First introduced in 2012, the Memphis BBQ Thickburger is back on the menu at participating Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s locations nationwide for a limited time.

The returning Thickburger features smoked pulled pork and a charbroiled Black Angus beef patty topped with crispy fried onions, American cheese and Memphis BBQ sauce on a premium bun.
When the Memphis BBQ Thickburger originally launched in 2012 it carried a starting price of $3.79 for a single patty version. I didn’t get a chance to check current pricing, but it would be interesting to compare it with prices today. Drop me a note if you have info on pricing at either Carl’s Jr., Hardee’s, or both.
According to Ian K. over at Peep This Out! – his local Carl’s Jr. in Southern California is charging $5.99 for a single, $6.99 for a double, and $6.99 for a 1/3 pound Thickburger made with Black Angus beef. Combos are priced at $8.99 and $9.99 respectively.
Jolly Rancher Milkshake now available at Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s
In addition to the Memphis BBQ Thickburger, Carl’s Jr. along with Hardee’s are both launching the new Jolly Rancher Milkshake after a successful test at select locations last fall/winter.
The Jolly Rancher Milkshake features a blend of vanilla ice cream and crushed Jolly Rancher Candy pieces. The shake is finished with a whipped topping and additional Jolly Rancher candy pieces.
