Corner Bakery Cafe launches its new 2018 summer menu featuring new breakfast, lunch and dinner options.

The new seasonal menu includes:
New Strawberry Lemon Pancakes: Four fluffy pancakes topped with fresh strawberries, zesty lemon curd, whipped cream and vanilla maple syrup.
New vegetarian Caprese Panini: Fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers, Roma tomatoes, arugula and balsamic vinaigrette, served on sourdough bread and grilled.
New Pasta Primavera: Cavatappi pasta, a roasted vegetable medley, bruschetta tomatoes, spinach and roasted red peppers, tossed in a light cream sauce.
In addition to the three new seasonal items, the chain is bringing back its fan-favorite Berry Pecan Salad. The mixed-green salad includes all-natural chicken, fresh strawberries and blueberries, along with blue cheese, all drizzled with strawberry vinaigrette dressing.
