At nearly half a foot tall, Chili’s stacks a combination of five different meats on one burger for the nationwide introduction of the chain’s new Boss burger.
Previously only available in three select test markets, the 1,650-calorie Boss features a toasted bun sandwiching a half-pound beef patty, smoked brisket, pulled rib meat, jalapeno-cheddar smoked sausage, bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato along with BBQ sauce and ranch dressing.
The Boss burger is available as part of the chain’s Ultimate Burgers menu, which also includes Chili’s Chili and Alex’s Santa Fe.
The Chili’s Chili Burger features the 1975 Original Chili recipe with a half-pound beef patty, melty shredded and American cheeses, sauteed onions and crispy seasoned tortilla strips.
Alex’s Santa Fe Burger consists of half-pound beef patty, pepper jack cheese, avocado, roasted jalapenos, cilantro, pickles, red onion, tomato and spicy Santa Fe sauce.
