Cracker Barrel Old Country Store kicks off summer with return of its fan-favorite Campfire menu, featuring a selection of new items along with returning favorites.

This year’s expanded menu introduces a variety of new, and somewhat unexpected flavor twists, including Roasted Sweet Glazed Chicken, Smoky Beef Brisket Breakfast, BBQ Pork, and a S’mores Latte.
Traditionalists will be happy to learn that Classic Campfire Beef is returning for the 2018 summer campfire season. The dish features portions of USDA choice beef chuck roast, sweet corn on the cob, red skin potatoes, carrots, tomato wedges, and onions, all seasoned with Cracker Barrel’s signature campfire spice and delivered to your table tightly wrapped in foil to seal in all the juices.
New Roasted Sweet Glazed Chicken includes chicken smothered in a Southern Sweet Tea Glaze, seasoned corn on the cob sprinkled with North Carolina BBQ spice, parmesan cheese and parsley, along with Campfire Baked Beans topped with chopped bacon.
New BBQ Pork features roasted pork shanks rubbed with smoky seasoning then topped with a smoky-sweet BBQ sauce. The dish comes served with Campfire Baked Beans, seasoned corn on the cob and made-in-house kettle chips, pickles and made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuits or corn muffins.
The new Smoky Beef Brisket Breakfast includes beef brisket served over sweet pepper n’ red skin hash, topped with two eggs, melted Colby cheese, crispy onions, smoky-sweet BBQ sour cream, and parsley. The dish is served with two made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuits.
Campfire S’more Dessert and new S’mores Latte
In addition to the returning Campfire S’more dessert, the chain is also pouring the new S’mores Latte. The drink blends marshmallow, milk chocolate, and graham cracker flavors with espresso and steamed milk. The drink is finished with whipped cream, crumbled graham crackers, and Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bar.
The full Campfire menu includes Smoky Beef Brisket Breakfast, Chocolate Chip Pancake Breakfast, S’mores Latte, Loaded Hashbrown Casserole, Roasted Sweet Glazed Chicken, Campfire Beef, BBQ Pork, Campfire Baked Beans, Seasoned Corn on the Cob, Strawberry Lemonade, and Cracker Barrel Campfire S’more dessert.
The Campfire menu will be available at participating through July 15, 2018.
