Wayback Burgers will celebrate the official arrival of summer on Thursday, June 21, 2018 by giving away free 12-ounce Black & White Milkshakes at participating locations all day long while supplies last.

The chain’s Black & White Milkshake features Blue Bunny premium vanilla ice cream, milk and a blend of vanilla and Hershey’s chocolate syrup.
While no purchase is necessary, there is a limit of one free shake per person.
The brand says it’s preparing for the big day by loading up with 3,400 gallons of ice cream, 300 gallons of Hershey’s chocolate syrup, 300 gallons of Monin French Vanilla Syrup and 30,000 cups, lids and straws. According to Wayback, the average restaurant will give away more than 280 free milkshakes on Free Shake Day.
This year’s event represents the 10th straight year the brand will proclaim the first day of summer as #FreeShakeDay.
