McDonald’s turns to Seinfeld for inspiration with the introduction of new Muffin Toppers at select U.S. locations.

Originally tested in the Baltimore area last year, Muffin Toppers can now be found at around 4,000 U.S. locations, with another 3,000 locations joining the muffin topper party by the end of 2018, Today Food reports.
A spokesperson for the company told Today Food that the new muffins are part of several new McCafe baked goods, including coffee cakes and apple pies with lattice crusts.
Muffin Toppers can be found at select locations in three varieties: Blueberry, Lemon Poppy Seed and Double Chocolate.
