Cheese takes center stage at Panera Bread as the chain unveils its new seasonal summer menu featuring a variety of cheese-themed menu items, including the new Four Cheese Grilled Cheese Sandwich.

The new Four Cheese Grilled Cheese Sandwich features a four-cheese blend of fontina, sharp cheddar, Monteau and smoked Gouda grilled on the brand’s Country Rustic bread. Available at participating locations in whole and half sizes.
Modern Caprese Sandwich
Also available in whole and half, the new Modern Caprese Sandwich features Basil-white bean puree, sliced mozzarella, parmesan, arugula, smoked tomato confit, fresh basil, balsamic glaze, salt and pepper, toasted on Black Pepper Focaccia.
In addition to the new sandwiches, Panera is also serving two new Mac & Cheese dishes.
Baja Mac & Cheese
Baja Mac & Cheese features tender shell pasta in a blend of rich cheeses including our tangy Vermont white cheddar cheese sauce, topped with pico de gallo, avocado and cilantro.
Bacon Mac & Cheese
Introduced last month in celebration of the expansion of its national delivery service, new Bacon Mac & Cheese tender shell pasta in a blend of rich cheeses including tangy Vermont white cheddar cheese sauce, topped with crunchy, thick-cut crispy bacon.
Both varieties can be found at participating locations in small and large sizes.
