Pei Wei looks to harness the benefits of the true superfood kale with the introduction of the new Kale Quinoa Salad at participating locations.

The Kale Quinoa Salad features Tuscan kale and quinoa with hand-pulled white meat chicken, julienne carrots, edamame beans, and a tangy Asian slaw tossed in a house-made Thai peanut vinaigrette with fresh mint and cilantro.
The new salad entree joins the chain’s permanent menu for a suggested price of $8.69. Prices may vary.
