Arby’s new beef short rib is smoked for at least 6 hours before it’s pulled from the bone and featured in three new limited-time menu items: Smokehouse Beef Short Rib Sandwich, Smokehouse Beef Short Rib Loaded Curly Fries, and a new twist on the chain’s Smoke Mountain.
The Smokehouse Beef Short Rib Sandwich features smokehouse beef short rib, melted cheddar cheese, crispy onions, and smoky BBQ sauce on Texas Toast.
Smokehouse Beef Short Rib Loaded Curly Fries feature the brand’s curly fries topped with pulled smoked beef short rib, shredded cheddar cheese, cheddar cheese sauce, smoked BBQ sauce, and crispy onions.
The Smoke Mountain returns with new pulled smoked beef short-rib, 13-hour smoked brisket, pit smoked ham, melted cheddar cheese, crispy onions, and Smoky BBQ sauce all sandwiched between two pieces of Texas Toast.
