Schlotzsky’s welcomes back slow-cooked brisket in three sandwich options, including the new Rancher Brisket Sandwich.

Schlotzsky’s slow-cooked brisket sandwich menu includes:

The Classic Brisket Sandwich: Hickory-smoked brisket with mozzarella, cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, sliced dill pickles, BBQ sauce, red onions and Schlotzsky’s signature sauce on a toasted house-made sourdough bun.

The Cuban Brisket Sandwich: Hickory-smoked brisket, ham, Swiss cheese, sliced dill pickles, BBQ sauce, Dijon mustard and signature sauce all sandwiched between a toasted house-made jalapeño cheese bun.

The new Rancher Brisket Sandwich: Hickory-smoked brisket with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses, roasted red peppers, pickled jalapeño, lettuce, salsa verde, signature sauce and chipotle mayonnaise, on a toasted house-made jalapeño bun.

While the Rancher Brisket Sandwich is new, it’s very similar to last year’s Tex-Mex Brisket Sandwich, which featured hickory-smoked brisket with queso fresco, cheddar cheese, salsa verde, roasted red peppers, pickled jalapeños, lettuce and chipotle mayonnaise all sandwiched between a jalapeño cheese bun.

Schlotzsky’s slow-cooked brisket sandwiches are available for a limited time at participating locations nationwide.
