IHOP adds a new flavor option to its International Pancakes lineup with the introduction of Vanilla Spice Pancakes.

Inspired by the flavors of Madagascar, Vanilla Spice Pancakes features the brand’s buttermilk pancakes topped with a vanilla mousse spiced up with cinnamon, clove, ginger and cardamom.
The new pancakes are available at participating locations nationwide a la carte for a suggested price of $4.99 for a stack of four, or as a stack of two side item for $3.99.
Vanilla Spice Pancakes join Belgian Dark Chocolate Mousse, Mexican Tres Leches on the brand’s International Pancakes menu.
