Panera Bread looks to elevate one of its most popular menu items to the next level with the introduction of the new “Build Your Own Mac” experience.

In order to take advantage of the “Build Your Own Mac” experience, simply place your Mac & Cheese order online or via the Panera app and you’ll be able to craft your very own cheesy creation with a variety of fresh, 100 percent clean toppings.
As part of the build experience, you can select up to a total of five toppings, including up to two premium toppings – smoked pulled chicken, bacon, or avocado – and three accompaniments, including pico de gallo, zesty BBQ sauce, frizzled onions and fresh cilantro.
The new Mac & Cheese Bar will be available for digital ordering from bakery-cafes across the country, and via delivery through the Panera app and website at participating locations in areas where delivery is available.
Panera Catering will also offer a “Build Your Own Mac Bar” option.
Additionally, Panera has expanded its national Mac & Cheese menu to include three new prebuilt offerings: Baja Mac & Cheese , BBQ Chicken Mac & Cheese, and Bacon Mac & Cheese.
