The dine-in only deal includes your choice of a free stack of two Buttermilk pancakes or limited-time Pumpkin Spice pancakes, plus your choice of a second free side item, such as French fries, onion rings, seasonal mixed fruit, hash browns or a side salad.
IHOP’s National Cheeseburger Day deal is valid for one day only at participating locations on Tuesday, September 18, from 7:00 a.m to 10:00 p.m. local time.
