Shake Shack will test new Chick’n Bites at select locations across the country through October 2018.

Chick’n Bites are described as “crispy pieces of hand-breaded chicken breast” that are “sous-vide cooked” to maximize flavor and tenderness.
Shake Shack announced Monday that Chick’n Bites will first launch at the West Village Shack and Innovation Kitchen in New York City at 225 Varick Street, opening on September 18, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. The chain plans to expand availability to other select NYC Shacks in late September, with continued testing in a variety of other markets across the country beginning in October.
Fried Chick’n Bite are served with BBQ or Honey Mustard sauces for dipping, and will be available in 6-piece and 10-piece quantities for $4.39 and $6.39 respectively.
While Shake Shack isn’t saying whether or not Chick’n Bites will be made available nationwide, I’d bet on it.
