You can take advantage of the offer by stopping by any participating shop during the promotion period and saying “Free Shake Friday” when placing your order.
While the offer is open to everyone, Potbelly Perks members will receive the #FreeShakeFriday perk in their Potbelly Perks account.
The free shake offer is limited to a maximum of one per day.
