The Cheesecake Factory bolsters its bench strength with a variety of new new menu options, including new Breakfast Tacos and vegan Impossible Burger.

Breakfast Tacos are made with soft corn tortillas filled with cheesy eggs, chicken chorizo, pico de gallo, chipotle and cilantro, all served with black beans, guacamole and sour cream.
The Impossible Burger features a plant-based burger patty topped with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions and the chain’s special sauce on a toasted brioche bun.
Other new items you can expect to find include the Chipotle Grilled Shrimp Salad, Tuna Poke, and the Peanut Butter & Banana Waffle.
Chipotle Grilled Shrimp Salad – A warm grain salad of quinoa, farro, avocado, corn, black beans, peppers, onion, feta cheese, and cilantro-lime dressing.
Tuna Poke: Fresh raw Ahi Tuna with soy-sesame, garlic and ginger, served over white rice of Kale-Cashew Salad with avocado, edamame, shiitake mushrooms, cucumber and sriracha aioli.
Peanut Butter & Banana Waffle – The chain’s Belgian waffle topped with creamy peanut butter, fresh banana, Nutella and crispy almond-toffee.
