For a limited time, participating On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina locations are serving up four new Grilled Enchiladas.

Grilled Enchiladas promise are available in the following four varieties:

Grilled Chicken Enchiladas: Chicken, creamy red chile sauce, roasted corn, poblanos, red peppers, onions and Monterey Jack. Served with roasted red chile salsa.

Grilled BBQ Brisket Enchiladas: Shredded beef brisket mixed with pico de gallo, poblanos, red peppers, onions and Monterey Jack. Served with jalapeño BBQ sauce.

Grilled Green Chile Carnitas Enchiladas: Slow-roasted carnitas with roasted corn, poblanos, onions and Monterey Jack cheese. Served with green chile salsa verde.

Grilled Avocado Enchiladas: A blend of avocado, roasted corn, poblanos, red peppers, onions, Monterey Jack and a drizzle of chipotle puree. Served with roasted red chile salsa.

Grilled Enchiladas can be found at participating locations through November 17, 2018.
