Pieology bolsters its Premium Crusts lineup with the addition of new Deep Dish crust at participating locations.
The brand’s Deep Dish crust is prepared by hand-pressing the dough into deep dish pans the night before and allowing them to rise overnight. Pieology says the process results in a crust that’s cheesy and crunchy with caramelized edges.
Deep Dish joins the Pieology’s existing Premium Crusts lineup, which includes Artisan Thin, Hearty Wheat, PieRise Thick, Cauliflower Crust, and Gluten-Free.
Artisan Thin: An extra-thin crust that is crispy on the bottom and fluffy on top. House-made, hand stretched and prepared fresh daily.
Artisan Thin Hearty Wheat: An extra-thin crust made with a proprietary blend of grains.
PieRise Thick: A thick and fluffy dough with a crisp bottom – made with an extra helping of signature house-made, fresh dough.
Cauliflower Crust: A crispy crust packed with fiber and vitamins.
Gluten-Free: A light, vegan-friendly option that is free of gluten.
