Shake Shack is celebrating election day on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 by offering anyone free fries with any purchase at participating locations.

In order to take advantage of the offer, simply add Crinkle Cuts to your order using code “ivoted” on the Shack App or by showing your “I Voted” sticker to your cashier at the Shack.
While it’s technically illegal to offer an incentive to a person to vote in a federal election, businesses can offer giveaways of this nature if a person specifically asks for it.
