Calling them “Small sandwiches that pack a big lunch,” Schlotzsky’s introduces its newest limited-time menu item: Sliders.

Sold in pairs, Schlotzsky’s new Sliders are available in three varieties: Sweet N’ Sassy, Chipotle Angus and Aloha Brisket.
Sweet N’ Sassy Sliders feature hickory-smoked brisket with provolone cheese, jalapeño, apricot jam and apricot cream cheese on Hawaiian sweet bread.
Chipotle Angus Sliders consist of roast beef with cheddar and provolone cheeses, hatch chiles and chipotle pesto all sandwiched between Hawaiian sweet bread.
Aloha Brisket Sliders are made with hickory-smoked brisket, provolone cheese, pineapple kale slaw, red onion, basil and ranch dressing on Hawaiian sweet bread.
The new Sliders menu can be found at participating locations nationwide for a limited time.
