Bob Evans bakes up oversized versions of their signature biscuits – four times the size of traditional biscuits – for the introduction of three new Biscuit Bowls at participating locations.

Biscuit Bowls are available in the following three varieties:
Sausage Gravy Biscuit Bowl: Sausage, seasoned home fries, scrambled eggs and shredded cheddar cheese topped with signature sausage gravy and green onions on an oversized Bob Evans biscuit.
Salsa Scramble Biscuit Bowl: An oversized Bob Evans biscuit layered with seasoned home fries, scrambled eggs, shredded cheddar cheese and creamy cheese sauce. The dish is topped with zesty homemade ranchero sauce with sausage, sour cream, fresh tomato salsa, jalapeños and green onions.
Sriracha Bacon Biscuit Bowl: Seasoned home fries, scrambled eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, creamy cheese sauce, crispy bacon, sriracha and green onions on an oversized biscuit.
Biscuit Bowls can be found at participating Bob Evans Restaurants for a limited time.
