
Outback Steakhouse welcomes back its Big Australia menu, featuring some of the chain’s “biggest food and boldest flavors.”

The 2018 Big Australia menu includes:
New 18-oz Center-Cut Sirloin topped with roasted garlic butter: Served with a signature potato and choice of one freshly made side.

Ultimate Great Barrier Combo: A steamed lobster tail, two lump crab cakes and two wood-fire grilled shrimp skewers. Served with choice of two freshly made sides.

New Roasted Garlic Shrimp-Topped Filet: A juict filet topped with sauteed shrimp, fresh tomato basil and roasted garlic butter. Served with a signature potato and choice of one freshly made side.

New Three Cheese Steak Dip: Blend of steak, gouda, parmesan and jack cheeses, red bell peppers and onions. Served with tortilla chips for dipping.

New Peanut Butter Chocolate Mousse Cake: Chocolate fudge brownie layered with creamy peanut butter mousse and a hint of toffee, finished with dark chocolate ganache, crunchy graham cracker streusel and creamy peanut butter.
