All You Can Eat pancake refills are served two pancakes at a time upon request. Also take note that offer is valid on Buttermilk pancakes only, and does not include any fruit-topped or specialty pancakes.
Both dine-in only pancake promotions are available at participating IHOP locations nationwide through February 24, 2019.
