White Castle makes history today as the first fast-food chain to debut the next-generation Impossible Burger.

Starting today, the all-new White Castle Impossible Slider recipe from Impossible Foods will be available at three Castle locations in the Las Vegas area, including on the Strip, Downtown, and in the nearby town of Jean.
The new White Castle Impossible Slider features the all-new recipe Impossible Burger patty topped with smoked cheddar cheese, pickles, and onions on a signature slider bun.
White Castle plans to roll out the new White Castle Impossible Slider recipe at all White Castle locations nationwide over the next few months.
The next-generation Impossible Burger contains no gluten, 0mg cholesterol, with 14g of total fat per 4-oz serving, and as much bioavailable iron and protein as conventional beef.
