Qdoba is testing Impossible-brand plant-based protein menu items at selection locations in Michigan.

Qdoba’s version of Impossible “meat” is seasoned in-restaurant with a blend of tomatoes, garlic, smoked chiles and paprika, all mixed with diced red onions.
For a limited time, fans can create their own meal with impossible, or try two new signature entrees made with the plant-based protein:
Qdoba Impossible Bowl: Cilantro-lime white rice and black beans are layered with three-cheese Queso, pico de gallo, guacamole and seasoned Impossible.
Qdoba Impossible Taco: Wrapped in a warm corn tortilla, Impossible is enhanced with red onions, cilantro and salsa verde.
The new test items can be found for a limited time at participating test locations in Detroit Metro, Flint, Lansing and Traverse City.
