Wendy’s offers a unique twist on a classic Caesar salad with the introduction of the new Parmesan Caesar Chicken Salad. Wendy’s is adding the new salad to the chain’s core menu nationwide.

The Parmesan Caesar Chicken Salad features an Italian three-cheese blend consisting of Asiago, Parmesan and Romano cheeses, along with crunchy Parmesan crisps atop chopped romaine lettuce, greenhouse-grown grape tomatoes and cubes of all-white meat grilled chicken fillet pieces.
According to Wendy’s, a full-size version of the new salad clocks in at 410 calories with all dry toppings included, and is still under 500 calories when paired with one packet of creamy Caesar Dressing by Marzetti Simply Dressed.
The new Parmesan Caesar Chicken Salad joins the chain’s existing fresh-made salad lineup, which includes:
- Wendy’s Southwest Avocado Chicken Salad
- Wendy’s Apple Pecan Chicken Salad
- Wendy’s Harvest Chicken Salad
- Wendy’s Taco Salad
Wendy’s new salad is available in both a full-size option for a suggested price $6.79 and half-size option for $4.79, although prices may vary by location.
