Potbelly Sandwich Shop looks to make lunch the new brunch by serving up a new spin on avocado toast with the introduction of Avo Toast.

Potbelly’s new open-face Avo Toast is layered with premium fresh-sliced avocados, and topped with crisp cucumbers, zesty red peppers and onions, and melted creamy feta.
Cold Brew Coffee Shake
The sandwich chain is also introducing a new caffeine-fueled Cold Brew Coffee Shake. The new Cold Brew Topped Shake features a blend of hand-dipped vanilla ice cream and cold brew coffee, along with a whipped cream topping and maraschino cherry.
Avo Toast and the Cold Brew Coffee Shake can be found at participating Potbelly shops nationwide for a limited time.
