A&W takes a walk on the wild side with the introduction of the new Bison Burger at select locations in Canada.

The Bison Burger features a 3-ounce bison patty, topped with grilled onions, grainy mustard, creamy mayo, fresh lettuce and tomato on a toasted sesame seed bun. A Double Bison Burger is also available. It features all the same ingredients, but with two 3-ounce bison patties.
If you want one, you can only find them at participating locations in the province of Manitoba, Canada, for a limited time, while supplies last.
As per Wikipedia – while the bison is commonly known as a buffalo in the United States and Canada, it is only distantly related to the true buffalo.
