Noodles & Company looks leverage the popularity of their zucchini noodles with the introduction of two new seasonal Zoodle dishes: Zucchini & Asparagus with Lemon Sauce and Zucchetti in White Wine Garlic Sauce.

Zucchini & Asparagus with Lemon Sauce features zucchini noodles and asparagus in a tangy lemon cream sauce with Roma tomatoes and roasted zucchini. The dish comes topped with toasted breadcrumbs and parsley.
Zucchetti in White Wine Garlic Sauce with Balsamic Chicken includes a 50/50 combination of zucchini noodles and spaghetti noodles in a white wine garlic sauce with balsamic chicken, roasted zucchini, Roma tomatoes, spinach, onion and basil. The dish is finished with Parmesan cheese and lemon.
For those not familiar with Zoodles, they’re noodles made with zucchini that feature 90 percent fewer carbs and calories than a serving of traditional noodles.
Additionally, Noodles & Company is also introducing a new, gluten-friendly pipette shell, which just like zucchini noodles, can be substituted into any dish on the menu for $1.
And finally, fans are now being invited to Make it a Meal by adding a side and regular drink to their order for and additional $3.25-$3.50 at participating locations.
The two new seasonal dishes can be found at participating locations nationwide for a limited time.
