Longhorn Steakhouse bolsters its Grill Master Favorites menu with the addition of two new dishes: Fire-Grilled Hawaiian Ribeye and Citrus-Herb Chimichurri Salmon.

Fire-Grilled Hawaiian Ribeye features a well-marbled cut of ribeye that’s fire-grilled and made with a ginger-teriyaki marinade, topped with slices of fire-grilled pineapple. It comes with your choice of two select sides for $23.29, although prices may vary by location.
Citrus-Herb Chimichurri Salmon starts with a filet of fresh Atlantic salmon that’s seared in a citrus-herb chimichurri coating and comes served on a bead of seasoned rice along with your choice of two select sides. Citrus-Herb Chimichurri Salmon is available in 7-oz and 10-oz portions for $19.79 and $22.29 each, respectively.
