On tonight’s episode of Bar Rescue, Jon Taffer and his crew are in Palm Harbor, Florida to rescue New England’s Ale House Grille.

Owned and operated by, Tara Cook, New England’s Ale House Grille is described as a sports bar that serves authentic New England pub fare in Palm Harbor, Florida.
During the rescue, which went down on and around March 1, 2019 Jon decided to change the name of New England’s Ale House Grille to the Das Brauhaus & Cafe – a German-themed bar and restaurant.
Permanently Closed
On May 6, 2019 Tara posted this “Big New” video on Facebook saying she loves the community of Palm Harbor, but she is going through a divorce, and “divorce is hard.” Tara went on to say “I am a single mom of two young kids, and I don’t have family in the area, and my kids need me.” As a result, Tara announced that Sunday, May 12 (Mother’s Day) will be the last day of business for Das Brauhaus & Cafe. She went on to say that she is “closing the doors” so that she can “focus on being a mom” and “being the best mom that I can be.”
