Lotus Bakeries, the makers of the Biscoff cookies is branching out with the upcoming release of new super-premium ice cream made with Biscoff cookies and cookie butter.

The ice cream offerings will be available both pint and bar formats.
The pints will come in 5 different flavors, all featuring crunchy Biscoff cookies and cookie butter inclusions: Original, Chocolate Brownie, Salted Caramel, Belgian Chocolate Chip, and Blueberry Cheesecake.
Meanwhile, Lotus Biscoff ice cream bars will debut in just one flavor: Original. The bar itself features original cookie butter ice cream that’s dipped in a layer of cookie butter and then coated in a creamy layer of Belgian chocolate.
Lotus Biscoff’s line of super-premium ice cream is set to debut in pints in July 2019 with the bars following a few month later later in October 2019.
While availability is expected to expand, the new products will initially debut at participating Safeway/Albertsons chains in Northern California, Oregon, Idaho, and Arizona with many more chains to follow.
