Panda Express unveils new Sichuan Hot Chicken – a customizable hand-held entree unlike any other dish the American Chinese kitchen has brought to fans before.

Arriving at participating locations on July 17, 2019, Sichuan Hot Chicken features extra crispy all-white meat chicken breast strips raised without antibiotics, tossed in Sichuan peppercorn sauce and topped off with a sprinkle of a proprietary spice blend.
The dish comes about as a result of a culinary trip to Chengdu, China, where Panda chefs were inspired to popularize the unique tingling spice of Sichuan peppercorns in the form of one of America’s favorite dishes, Nashville hot chicken. Panda Express is the first to bring Sichuan peppercorn spice to the entire nation at once.
You can find Sichuan Hot Chicken at participating Panda Express locations nationwide for a limited time beginning July 17, 2019.
