Pollo Tropical unveils its new 2019 “Summer of Sizzle” menu featuring a pair of new Cuban sandwiches, a new salad, and a returning fan-favorite side dish.

The Citrus-Marinated Grilled Chicken Cuban Sandwich features a citrus-marinated grilled chicken breast, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles and zesty mustard mayo on a toasted bun.
The Roast Pork Cuban Sandwich consists of a lightly toasted bun sandwiching roast pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles and zesty mustard mayo.
In addition to the new Cuban sandwiches, the chain is also introducing its new Honey Lime Chopped Salad and bringing back a very popular Caribbean side dish: Tostones.
The Honey Lime Chopped Salad comes with your choice of grilled or crispy citrus-marinated chicken, alongside cran-raisins, chopped apple slices, feta cheese, romaine lettuce and shredded carrots.
Tostones are made with crispy-fried Caribbean plantains served with a cilantro garlic dipping sauce.
Pollo Tropical’s 2019 Summer of Sizzle menu can be found at participating locations nationwide for a limited time.
