Arby’s introduces the new Bourbon BBQ Barrel Stack Sandwich as part of the chain’s returning Bourbon BBQ Sandwich lineup.

The new Bourbon BBQ Barrel Stack features a buttermilk chicken fillet topped with pit-smoked ham, 13-hour smoked brisket, brown sugar bacon, melted cheddar cheese, crispy onions and Kentucky Bourbon BBQ Sauce on a star cut bun.
Last year’s Bourbon BBQ Triple Stack was similar in nature, with a buttermilk chicken filet, sliced Angus steak, smoked brisket, brown sugar bacon, smoked cheddar cheese, crispy onions and Kentucky Bourbon BBQ Sauce on a star cut bun.
Arby’s appears to have just swapped out the Angus steak for pit-smoked ham this time around.
In addition to the new sandwich, Arby’s is welcoming back a pair of fan-favorite Bourbon BBQ Sandwiches:
Bourbon BBQ Turkey: Roast turkey, brown sugar bacon, smoked cheddar cheese, crispy onions and Kentucky Bourbon BBQ Sauce on a star cut bun.
Bourbon BBQ Brisket: 13-hour smoked brisket, brown sugar bacon, cheddar cheese, crispy onions and barrel-aged Kentucky Bourbon BBQ Sauce on a star cut bun.
