On tonight’s episode of Bar Rescue, Jon Taffer and crew are in Sugar Creek, Missouri to rescue Stix & Stones Bar and Grill.

Stix and Stones is owned by Billy Banks (personal Facebook page), and according to the episode synopsis, after a decade of success, drag racing bar owner Billy is seeing his profits go up in smoke.

The Stix & Stones Bar and Grill rescue happened in April 2019.

Back in May, shortly after the rescue, rumors were swirling that Stix  & Stones had shut down for good. The following message appeared on the Stix and Stones Facebook page shooting down the rumors:

So there is alot of rumors going around but the true story is stix and stones is still open and we are under construction on the outside to inprove the front of the building ! We have a lot of brand new things coming for all of you soon !!!!!!!!! Come in and check out the new things and enjoy some pool …..

On April 16, 2019 the following thank you message appeared on the Stix & Stones official Facebook Page:

 

Just want to thank everyone for supporting us while we have been going thru bar rescue !
We understand alot of you spent hours in line waiting and trying to see the bar and we apologize for that if you didnt get it in or didnt get served it was because of them and their filming that made that happen !
Bare with us this week as we are putting somethings back together and we cant wait to see our most bad ass regulars faces again !
The pit stop at stix is open regular hours !!!
Monday – Thursday 2pm-1:30am
Friday – saturday 11am- 1:30am
