Bruegger’s Bagels sets its sights on fall with the return of classic seasonal flavors featuring new sandwiches and the return of pumpkin spice at participating locations nationwide.

The new Hot Pastrami features pastrami, Swiss cheese, red onion, diced pickle and spicy brown mustard served up hot on the chain’s popular Everything Bagel.
Joining the Hot Pastrami on the lunch menu is the Hot Tuna sandwich. Reminiscent of a tuna melt, the Hot Tuna features tuna salad made with albacore tuna, mayo, red onion and a touch of Garden Veggie cream cheese, all topped with Swiss cheese, tomato and honey mustard and served hot on ciabatta.
Bruegger’s is also welcoming back the Farmhouse Egg Sandwich. The returning breakfast sandwich is made with two fresh-cracked eggs, peppered bacon, ham, cheddar cheese and Country Pepper cream cheese on a Cheesy Hash Brown Bagel. The Cheesy Hash Brown Bagel is topped with a mix of cheeses and hash brown shreds and then baked to a crisp golden brown.
And what would fall be without pumpkin spice? With that in mind, Bruegger’s is bringing back its fan-favorite Pumpkin Bagel, Pumpkin cream cheese, and Pumpkin Spice coffee, all of which will be available at participating for a limited time.
