Tim Hortons is dropping Beyond Meat from the menu in most provinces across Canada, except British Columbia and Ontario – according to local media reports.

The news comes via BNN Bloomberg and the French language publication Le Journal de Montreal.
“The Beyond Burger will still be available for a limited time nationally. The Beyond Meat breakfast sandwiches are available in various regions while supplies last, but will continue to be available in BC and Ontario,” BNN Bloomberg reported a spokesperson for the company as saying.
For Beyond Meat fans in Canada there’s still a slither of hope, Tim Hortons indicted it may reintroduce Beyond Meat products in the future depending on feedback from its customers.
Beyond Meat was down over 5% on the news.
