Potbelly Sandwich Shop brings premium prime rib to the menu with the introduction of the new Prime Rib Sandwich.

The Prime Rib Sandwich features premium, thinly-sliced prime rib topped with provolone cheese and a touch of horseradish mayo on your choice of toasted bread.
While prices may vary by location, my local Potbelly charges $8.59 for the new sandwich. There’s also an option to make it a meal with a bag of chips and drink, or Short Shake for an additional charge.
