Einstein Bros. is testing a new breakfast mashup that takes a classic breakfast burrito and wraps it up in bagel dough for something they’re calling a Bagelrito.

The Bagelrito features two cage-free eggs, thick-cut bacon, turkey sausage, three cheeses, hash browns, salsa and green chilies all wrapped in a flour tortilla and then hand-wrapped wrapped in asiago bagel dough, and baked until golden brown.
The new breakfast mashup will be available at the following five test locations in the Denver area for a limited time:
- 555 N Broadway, Denver, CO.
- 120 Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood, CO.
- 8246 W Bowles Ave. in Littleton, CO.
- 9392 Sheridan Blvd., Westminster, CO.
- 14401 West Colfax Ave., Lakewood, CO.
On Friday, October 18, 2019, Einstein Bros. is inviting fans to visit one of the participating test locations and try the new Bagelrito and share feedback by filling out a survey in exchange for a free egg sandwich on their next visit. Additionally, anyone who orders a Bagelrito by 10 a.m. at any test location on Friday will be entered to win free bagels and shmear for a year – with one lucky winner per location.
