UPDATE October 28, 2019: Popeyes announced today that their much anticipated Chicken Sandwich will return on Sunday, Novermner 3, 2019.

After selling out just two weeks after making its debut back in August, Popeyes’ viral Chicken Sandwich is set to return in early November, according to sources who claim to have knowledge of the chain’s plans.
A fellow chewer tells Chew Boom that the manager at his local Popeyes is expecting the first shipment of new chicken filets to arrive on Monday, November 4, 2019.
Bloomberg is also reporting that Sun Holdings Inc., which operates about 150 Popeyes locations, will offer the chicken sandwich beginning in early November.
The fan-favorite Chicken Sandwich features a buttermilk battered and hand breaded white meat chicken filet served on a buttery, toasted brioche bun with two barrel cured pickles and your choice of classic mayo or spicy Cajun spread.
