Taco Bell is testing new Crispy Tortilla Chicken at select locations in Houston, Texas and Dayton, Ohio before being released nationwide in 2020.

Crispy Tortilla Chicken features strips of premium all-white meat chicken that’s marinated in a jalapeño buttermilk flavored marinade and coated in a crunchy tortilla chip coating.
The new offering will be available in classic strip form served with a side of Taco Bell’s new signature Creamy Chilli Pepper dipping sauce. A taco will also be available.
The Crispy Tortilla Chicken Taco features a new chicken tender served in a soft shell taco and topped with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and/or classic taco toppings.
Crispy Tortilla Chicken will be available for a suggested price of $1.99 for a taco, while strips will be available in 2-and-3-piece orders for $2.99 and $3.99 each, respectively.
