Fazoli’s is testing new plant-based Impossible meat sauce at all five restaurants in its hometown of Lexington, Kentucky.

The chain is testing the new Impossible meat sauce in a pair of classic Italian menu items: Spaghetti, and Baked Spaghetti.

  • Impossible Spaghetti: A bed of spaghetti topped with new Impossible meat sauce – made with ground Impossible burger meat – vine-ripened tomatoes, garlic and basil. (Vegan)
  • Impossible Baked Spaghetti: A bed of spaghetti topped with new Impossible®meat sauce – made with ground Impossible burger meat – vine-ripened tomatoes, garlic and basil, topped with Mozzarella cheese and baked for added flavor. (Vegetarian)

According to the company, the test makes Fazoli’s the first Italian brand to debut plant-based Impossible meat sauce

Both Impossible Spaghetti and Impossible Baked Spaghetti are available exclusively at Lexington locations for a limited time only.
