Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is teaming up with Impossible Foods to test its new Impossible Cheese Steak sandwich in Las Vegas.

The Impossible Cheese Steak sandwich features the chain’s classic cheese steak ingredients paired with 100 percent plant-based protein, for a new sandwich that emulates the original.
You can find the Impossible Cheese Steak sandwich at select test locations throughout Las Vegas, including the Downtown Summerlin location at 11010 Lavender Hill Drive and at the Aliante Parkway @ Nature Park location at 2620 Nature Park Drive, North Las Vegas.
Additionally, Capriotti’s is also launching an Impossible Meatball Sandwich. Fans will be able to order the sandwiches both in-store and online at participating locations. The chain is expecting to roll out the product nationwide in early 2020.
